Watching with me and myself

Not as a participant but just a witness

At times the audience would laugh

Or cry

But these are just moments in time

Some of the characters you love others you despise even hate

The curtains drop and the lights raise, the show is over

"I hope you've learned something"

The actors remove their masks for a bow

Like looking in a mirror
